Success Center South Director
I am, Viona Driver, I served 9 ½ years in the Air force. Fred, my husband of 24 years is retired Air force and now teaches ROTC at Hamilton High School. We have two awesome teenagers. Growing up I never thought children would be my chosen profession but I am blessed that God had different plans. I have done home child care, worked in preschools and involved with children's ministries. I have worked for SuccessCenter North for 6 years. I am looking forward to a new adventure at SuccessCenter South. I truly love each and every child I have had an opportunity to know. I see God in them; they are amazing even when they are being stinkers. It amazes me how they grow and learn. I take every opportunity to take Child Development Class's; I am astounded at the new and fascinating things we learn about children and their development. How much we can influence their lives and I don't take my responsibility lightly.

Hello, my name is Joanne Sweeney; the children call me Miss Joanne. I was one of the founders of opening SuccessCenter North over 7 years ago. It was a great challenge with many blessings. My husband and I have been married for 29 years and we have 3 children. We are also raising 3 of my nephews and niece. Our house is always filled with activity.

I have grown in my knowledge and education as I have worked at SuccessCenter. It seems I have always worked with children. My heart is that every child that comes through those doors will know that they are loved by God and they are important. Learning should be fun. When a child feels safe and secure they will learn naturally. Every child has a purpose and hidden treasures. As an educator it is my job to find those hidden treasures in each child God has created.
